What we set up
Every tech job is a home visit. We see the problem first-hand, fix it properly, and explain what we have done before we leave.
A different kind of tech support
We do not configure your TV, hand you a remote, and walk out. We show you how it works, answer your questions, and leave only when you are comfortable using everything we have set up.
We explain what we are doing and why. Not every customer wants a technical explanation — we read the room. But we never make you feel like you should already know.
Samsung, LG, Apple, BT, Sky, Virgin, Google, Amazon, Ring — we work with all of them. We do not stop at brand boundaries. If it connects, we can set it up.
Tech support on the phone means describing something you cannot see to someone who cannot see it either. We come to you, look at the actual problem, and fix it in front of you.

Prices vary by service — see the breakdown on each service page. Multi-device setup and smart home ecosystems are quoted together — usually better value than individual visits.
