Every job routed to you through BizzByYou is pre-paid by the customer. You are not chasing invoices, following up on quotes, or absorbing last-minute cancellations. You turn up, do great work, and get paid.
You will never be penalised for declining a job. If the timing does not work, if the location is too far, if you simply do not want it — decline it. Genuine flexibility means the option to say no without consequence.

Common questions
Yes. BizzByYou partners operate as self-employed individuals. You are responsible for your own tax returns and National Insurance contributions. If you are not already registered as self-employed with HMRC, we can point you to the right resources — it takes about 10 minutes online.
You need it before your first job. We work with a preferred provider who can get you covered for as little as £5–8/month for basic cover. We will send you the details when your application is approved.
When you apply, you set your base location. We offer you jobs within 5 miles of that location as standard. You can update your location at any time and set temporary availability for a different area.
We investigate within 24 hours. If the complaint is valid, we may ask you to return and correct the issue. Persistent complaints affect your rating and job allocation. Serious or repeated misconduct results in removal from the platform — this protects every other partner's reputation.
Yes. If you are qualified and vetted across multiple service types — cleaning and ironing, for example, or handyman and garden — you can be listed and receive jobs across all of them.
We review every application within 48 hours. If we need anything further from you — a document, a reference, a quick call — we will tell you within that window. Most partners are approved and receiving jobs within one week of applying.
